LEADERSHIP
I am the President of our Regional Pastors’ & Evangelists’ Fellowship which has a membership of 65. Under my leadership every month third Tuesday we have a get together to discuss on various issues of church administration and the improvement of leadership qualities. Our vision is bringing in oneness among the servants of God and equipping them in leadership and makes them to be the true leaders and models to their congregations.
Many times, we invite leading Christian Leadership Trainers in our locality and conduct three days leadership training for pastors. We also deal with Church Administration and update the members with the various amendments being enforced by the Central Government of India in regards to Indian Christianity is concerned from time to time.
Our pastors’ fellowship is governing by an Executive Committee with Senior Leaders and also we have an Advisory Committee which has qualified pastors with rich experiences both in administration and leadership. Further with a view to empower the pastors those who didn’t have the dispensation to join with a bible college to qualify themselves, we choose such pastors and twice in a month, we conduct both theological and leadership courses for them and after a year or two we award certificates to those pastors.
I am being invited by many such Pastors’ Fellowships in our State for leadership training and with whole heartedly I am also involved for this special task. We fervently pray to the Lord to develop true leadership among the pastors considering the future Christianity of our nation.
